IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dear Customer, please read all of the terms below before purchasing formula from Babyonline. These terms can change from time to time without prior notice, please make sure you always read them before placing an order.

• We cannot exchange, accept returns of or refund baby formula, please choose carefully as all sales are final.

• There is a limit for any formula product, a total of 6 cans per customer/household per fortnight. This includes orders for mixed types of baby formula e.g. Karicare / S26

• Our general terms and conditions also apply

Kindly note that if any customer exceeds the total order limit of 6 tins or breaches any of our website terms & conditions we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
